Vegetables with Sambal


This is one of the most common ways of cooking vegetables in Singapore.  Vegetables cooked in Sambal.  This is probably Malay or Indonesian cooking, but it's common in Chinese food place too.  I used Sambal from made from local Malay food catering.

「野菜のサンバル炒め」シンガポールのローカル料理で野菜と言えば、何でもサンバル炒め。元はマレーやインドネシア料理だと思うが、地元の中華でもよく見かける料理。野菜をサンバル(海老、チリ、生姜などからできたペースト)、ニンニク、生姜、砂糖、塩で炒めたもの。
