Chicken confit

Chicken gizzards are good to make confit with the thigh.  It's good to eat organs together with the meat.

「砂肝のコンフィ」手羽元と一緒に砂肝のコンフィを作った。日本は鷄の内臓もスーパーに売っているので作りやすい。肉は時々内臓類も食べた方がビタミンのバランスが取れて体によいそうだ。
