Chicken wing satay

I usually grill satay marinated chicken on skewers but I marinated chicken wings this time then oven cooked with the satay paste.  Because it takes more time to marinate chicken wings, this is a good way to cook.  It's important to cover the casserole with foil.

「鶏手羽先のサテー焼き」冷蔵で売られているサテーのソースが結構美味しくてよく使う。普通は鶏胸肉などをマリネした後にマリネを大体落として焼くが、今回は手羽先で味が入り難いので、マリネしたまま焼いてみた。焦げないようにアルミをしてオーブンで焼いたものだが、味がしっかり付いて美味しかった。
