I love Japanese Takikomi gohan which is a rice dish cooked with chicken and vegetable in soya sauce based dashi. Yet I ended up cooking the rice too hard than what it usually supposed to be.
「鶏の炊き込みご飯」私はご飯を固めに炊くのが好きなのだが、炊き込みご飯は飯が少し柔らかい方が美味しい様に思う。私はいつも固くなりすぎてしまう。もう少し出汁を多めにすれば良いのだが、水加減を忘れていてイマイチな仕上がりに。
