Fish fry

This fish is called "Spanish mackerel" which is very popular in Singapore.  It tastes similar to Sward fish but it tastes very good as a cutlet.

「鰆のカツレツ」サワラは青みの魚だが、そんなにクセがないのでカツにしても美味しい。おそらく小ぶりの物なので身がパサパサしていなくてしっとりしている。シンガポールでは好きな魚の一つ。
