Fish curry

In Malay or Indonesian cooking, curry is often made with fish.  I've tried fish curry paste for the first time and tried with horse mackerel.  Though I thought that I should have made with different fish such as Spanish mackerel.

「フィッシュカレー」マレーやインドネシア料理でカレーはチキンに限らずどんな材料もカレーになる。魚のカレーもよく食べられるので初めて作ってみた。鯵で作ってみたが、もうサワラなどの少し大きな魚で作るべきだった。カレーペーストは魚用のものを使った。イマイチ食べなれないので、やはりチキンの方が美味しい。
