I really love this type of Japanese dish. Vegetables and tofu cooked in Japanese stock which is mainly made from Konbu. Nishime can be served warm or chilled. It's good on both ways.
「地元野菜で煮しめ」シンガポールで手に入るものでのお煮しめ。こんな料理が一番好きだ。結局、油もスパイスもあまり使ってない料理が落ち着く。
