Poulet roti

This is hardly cooking because I've just roasted a whole chicken in the oven.  Yet this type of small chicken is not available in Japan and I can only cook in Singapore.

「鶏のロースト」このタイプの小さな鶏は塩をしてオーブンで焼くだけでとても美味しい。シンガポールでは鶏は丸鳥で買うのでこんな料理が気軽に出来る。鶏は一羽で料理する方が切り身で売ってあるものを料理するより美味しい。それは魚でも言える事だろう。
