Shrimp rice

This is one of my favourite shrimp dishes; rice cooked with fresh shrimps.  I added a small amount of tomato paste this time but it didn't colour the rice much.  It also tastes good to season with soya sauce.

「エビご飯」海老を入れて炊いた炊き込みご飯。今回はトマトペーストを入れてトマト味にしているがあまり赤くない。醤油味にしても美味しい。
