Shigureni tuna

This is fresh tuna cooked in Mirin and soya sauce called "Shigureni".  It goes well with white rice.  Tuna tend to be very dry when it's cooked so it's probably better to saute them in oil first.

「マグロのしぐれ煮」生のマグロをしぐれ煮にしたもの。マグロはさっぱりしているので油で周りを軽く炒めてから煮込んだ方が良いのかもしれない。長持ちするように味をしっかりしてご飯のお供に。
