Strawberry muffins

I'm not sure if I should call these as muffins because these are more like "Madeleine" but in different shapes.. I made them with strawberry jam I made earlier.  Though I removed the juice from the jam I should have oven-dried them more so that it didn't damp the cake.

「ストロベリーマフィン」マフィンと呼ぶべきなのか分からないが、レシピ的にはマドレーヌに近い少しリッチなもの。自作のイチゴジャムで作ったが、水分をもっと飛ばして作るべきだった。次回はオーブンで水分を若干蒸発させてから使おうと思う。
