Duck rice brunch
I like cooking breast of duck in Japanese sauce of mix of sugar, sake and soya sauce. This goes very well with white rice.
「鴨の照り焼きブランチ」鴨を甘辛く味付けして照り焼きしたものはお正月によく作るが私は結構これが好き。ご飯にも合うし、冷めても美味しい。今回はマレーシア産の鴨肉で作ったもの。小ぶりだが美味しくできた。
