This is a fusion dish of French and Japanese I added hard tofu instead of adding back fat of pork. Unfortunately, it doesn't exactly taste like the real pate, but it close enough. I also added grounded ginger so it also has an Asian flavour.
「豆腐パテドゥカンパーニュ」フレンチの定番のパテを豆腐を入れて作ったフュージョン料理。本来は豚の背脂を入れるが、代わりに絞り豆腐を入れた。生姜のすりおろしなども入れているので、味はアジア風味になったが低糖質でいい。
