End of summer tomato sauce

These tomatoes look not very riped in red colours but they're very tasty.  They have a good balance of sourness and sweetness and have a strong tomato taste.

I made tomato sauce with them with minced onion, garlic and celery.  The colour is not very red but it was a very good tomato sauce.

「夏の終わりのトマトソース」このトマト、赤くなくてそれほど美味しそうに見えないのだが、実は味が濃くとても美味しい。少量の玉ねぎ、にんにく、セロリのみじん切りと一緒に炒めて煮てトマトソースを作った。かなり濃いトマトソースなのにかぼちゃスープにしか見えないのが面白い。
