Hong Kong Char siu

I made this very seriously but it was not good as I've made in the New Year.  I should have marinated the meat longer than this for the taste yet the cooking was perfect.

「香港叉焼」今回は気合いを入れて作ったが、正月に日本で作ったものの方が美味しかった。おそらく肉の違いだろう。これはオージー豚肉だが肉質が固くて味が入り難い。もう少し長めに漬け込むべきだった。焼き方は上手くできた。もう少し食紅を入れてもいいだろう。
