Caprese Salad with Peach

Peach is in the season now I've been buying it since the beginning of the season.  I love to eat as itself but it's also great with Mozzarella cheese.

「桃入りカプレーゼサラダ」大好きな桃のシーズンで先月くらいから切らさずに買い続けている。桃とモッツアレラチーズはよく合う。とろりとしたバッファローのチーズの方が美味しいが、サラダと合わせてもいい。
