Tonkatsu

Tonkatsu is easy and extremely good.  As a Japanese norm, I serve it with plenty of shredded cabbage.  For the pork, it's good to use loin rib for "Pork Chop" then remove bones.

「トンカツ」あまり想像力がない日は夫が好きなカツレツにすることが多い。トンカツ用の肉はポークチョップ用の肉の骨を除いて使っている。所謂リブロース。キャベツはシュガーローフ。
