Beef with Brazilian Spinach

 

I've found this very rare leaf vegetable called "Brazilian Spinach" the other day.  I used it for the first time but it was absolutely delicious as a stir fry and it was perfect with beef.

「牛肉とブラジリアンほうれん草」ブラジリアンスピナッチという青菜を初めて見たので買ってみた。シンガポールには数多くの葉物野菜があるがそれのどれとも似ていなくて独特で美味しかった。少し渋みがあるが、葉が柔らかい。牛肉と中華炒めとして相性が良くとても美味しかった。また食べたいと思っているが、見つけたのは一回切りで無いので、残念。
