This is not exactly a pizza because I didn't make the pizza dough but just used wrap bread. I love making these for lunch or snack. For the slices of mushrooms, I sauteed them in a pan in advance because this bread is very thin, it cooks in a few minutes that mushrooms won't cook with it.
