Cold Shabu Shabu Udon

 

This is super easy to make with frozen boiled Udon.  I made it with frozen Udon of "Katokichi" which I've found in the frozen section in the supermarket nearby.  Thinly sliced pork belly is boiled in water then seasoned with sesame sauce.

「冷しゃぶうどん」カトチキの冷凍うどんで作った冷しゃぶのせうどん。冷凍うどんを使うと１０分くらいで出来るスピード料理だ。冷しゃぶはゴマだれかけ。シンプルで美味しい夏の料理。青紫蘇があったらよかった。
