XiaoXi's Culinary Idyll

This is another amazing Chinese person who posted on Youtube.  This channel is not exactly about cooking but making everything by hand.  I absolutely stunt with his talent for hand-making skill.  

This young Chinese man is truly an artist he makes literally everything by hand and he only uses traditional tools, no electric tools.  When he makes a stone BBQ grill, it starts by going to the mountain to curbstones.  He even blacksmiths his knives and axes.

I don't know exactly where is the origin of this show, I guess it's filmed by professional TV crews.  He has many videos in Wibo and Bilibili.

「我们的小喜」急に始まった私のおすすめYoutubeチャンネルシリーズ。これも中国のある村の生活ものなのだが、この青年の手作りスキルが凄すぎてと驚愕するチャンネル。手作りと言っても生半可なものではなく、ものを作る道具作りから始まり、斧や包丁なども打つ。石は山から切り出して打ち、木の道具も切ってきた木の株から作っていて凄い。

道具は一切電動を使わず、伝統的な手動道具のみを使用しているし、釘を使っていない。とにかく器用で技術が高く超人的な人なのだ。料理も時々あるが上手で美味しそう。この人一切喋らないが、若くてイケメンなのも魅力の一つ。かなりよく出来た動画なので、元は中国のテレビ番組なのかもしれない。WeiboやBilibiliにもアカウントがあるがどの省の人なのか分からない。
