Katsudon

 

Each time I fry Tonkatsu, I make plenty of them then make "Katsudon" or "Katsu Sandwich" the next day.  Katsudon is a rice bowl dish with Tonkatsu lightly cooked with dashi sauce ane egg.

「カツ丼」先日のカツの残りでカツ丼にした。カツ丼をする事は珍しいがカツを揚げる時は多めに作って翌日カツサンドをよく作る。三つ葉が無いので薬味はコリアンダー。
