Chinese Culinary Documentaries

I love watching Chinese food documentary series.  Because I've found a few more channels, I'll note them.  I'm not really bothered to watch the show in different languages, especially Chinese is not too difficult for me to understand with captions.  For those who are bothered, I'm sorry to refer the shows not all have English caps.

A Bite of China

「舌尖上的中国」CCTV制作

何度も書いているが、この番組シリーズは中国圏でとても有名になった大人気シリーズ。とてもよく出来ている食文化ドキュメンタリー。私は地方の文化と人々が大家族を囲んで沢山の料理を囲んで食べている様子がとても好き。

"The Bite of Canton"

「老廣的味道」

これは上記の"A Bite of China"の広東版。広東語のシリーズもある。広東のテレビ局が制作したものだと思う。英語のキャプションも出ていて分かりやすい。

"A Bite of Shunde"

「寻味顺德」

これもA Bite of Chinaの真似シリーズで広東省順徳区のローカル版。テレビ局のサイトの一部にリストになって公開してある。

「美食中国」

これはCCTVの料理専門のチャンネル。
