Age with corn

I made this with the pork ginger of the previous dish.  Minced pork cooked with cream of corn cooked in dashi.  It doesn't look very attractive but it was very good.

「揚げの豚そぼろコーンかけ」これはあまり見た目がよくないが、とても美味しかった料理。油揚げに豚とコーンのそぼろをかけたもの。もう少しトロッとした感じで作りたかったが、クリームコーンのトロみが強かったので出汁を加えるとより良かった。油揚げでもいいが、厚揚げだと更に美味しいと思う。
