I believe these are the fish called "Amadai" in Japanese. It's delicious fish but the flesh is very soft. I thought of making soup with these but I made fried fish instead.
「フィッシュフライ」アマダイの小さいものがあったのスープでも作ろうかと買ってきた。しかし身が柔らかい魚なので、フライにすることにした。味はとても良い魚だ。
