Pizza brunch

I've realized that if I haven't rolled the dough in one pizza portion before resting it, it's difficult to form a nice round shape in the end.  Yet it's ok to spread unregular shape.

「ピザブランチ」ピザの形を整えるのには生地を休める前に形を整えておかなければいけない。今回は切って広げたので、こんな形になった。ピザの耳の膨らみ具合が悪くなるが、オーブンで焼く程度だとそれほど影響はない。
