Chicken rice

Each time I come back from the trip I make this dish.  What makes the good chicken rice is the real chicken stock and pandan leaf.  It's comfort food for me now.

「チキンライス」この料理は鶏は一羽で料理するもので、鳥を茹でたストックで米を炊くチキンライス（海南鶏飯）はシンガポールにのソウルフードだ。米はパンダンで炊くが、この香りがなんとも言えないいい香りで、シンガポールを感じる。
