Mushroom pilaf with beef

When I cook rice for the beef topping, I usually use beef stock.  Mushrooms go very well with the beef stock flavour.  You can also add a small amount of soya sauce to enhance the dark colour to the rice.

「マッシュルームライスとビーフ」上のビーフはアイランドステーキの薄切り。牛肉に合わせる時の米はビーフストックで炊くが、マッシュルームや人参がよく合う。スパイスはオールスパイス、コリアンダーシードなどが合う。色を足す為に醤油を少し加えるのもいい。
