Shrimps taste best in Singapore. I made ramen without soup with shrimps and eggs. It's important to have a good soup for Japanese ramen but it has a lot of amount of salt so it's better to serve without it.
「海老と卵のドライラーメン」棒ラーメンを茹でて少しオリーブオイルと塩をまぶして、具をトッピングしたもの。汁ものは塩分が高くなるので時々こうする。シンガポールの海老は美味しい！
