Mozzarella steak

Leftover from the other day's Mozzarella cheese went to the topping of the steak the next day.  I could also make pizza...  I placed it in the oven with top grill so it's important not to overcook the steak.

「モッツアレラステーキ」本当は残りはピザにしようと思っていたのだが、先日のバッファローモッツアレラの残りをステーキの上に置いて焼いてみた。なかなかいいモッツアレラチーズの使い方だ。ただ、ステーキを焼きすぎないことがとても重要な上に、強い上火オーブンが必要なので、かなり難しい調理法だ。
