Dark chocolate buns
It's a luxury of making your own bread is that I can use Valrhona chocolate. Regular buns become very special with good quality chocolate.
「ダークチョコレートバン」パンのホームメイドの良いところは贅沢な材料を使えること。今回はヴァローナのチョコレートでガナッシュを作って巻いた。パン作りは時間がかかるが、ケーキより軽いのがいい。
