Chou farci a la Russe

MInced meat wrapped in cabbage is one of the most know Russian dishes.  I like this dish very much but I rarely make in Singapore because of the weather.  This is minced beef with minced onion wrapped in cabbage cooked in beef stock with tomato sauce.  I also added Japanese small sausages.

「ロールキャベツ」元々とても好きな料理なのに気候の故に、なかなか作らない料理になってしまった。ロールキャベツはロシア風にトマトソースが好きだ。本来はサワークリームも足して入れる。今回は日本のソーセージも入れてソースにコクを出した。
