Pork and watercress pasta

I love watercress because it can go with many dishes and it has a very high in vitamins.  This is one of the best ways to have, to mix with pasta.

「豚ひき肉とクレソンのパスタ」クレソンはクセがあるが肉料理や味が濃い料理に合う。これはひき肉のパスタと和えたもので、結構好きな食べ方。今回は出汁醤油で和風にした。
