Banh Mi

I know this is not an exact "Bahn Mi" which is Vietnamese baguette sandwich but I made a similar one with terrine I made earlier.  I used mayonnaise for the sauce but it would be better to use sweet soya sauce.

「バインミー」最近東京でも流行っているベトナムのサンドイッチ。短いバゲットにパテやハム、なます、コリアンダーなどを挟んであるもの。それっぽい物を自作してみた。マヨネーズを使ったが、甘辛味のタレを作ったら尚よかった。
