Odette - 1

It was my birthday this week and my husband surprised me with a table of magnificent dinner at "Odette".  To be honest,  it was one of the most memorable dinners for us.  I was completely astonished by the place, the plates, the taste and the presentations of those dishes!

「オデット」私の誕生日に夫がサプライズで３ヶ月前から予約してくれた。今年のミシュランで３つ星を獲得したレストラン。ナショナルミュージアムの中にあり、そのロケーション、雰囲気、料理など全てが素晴らしく、夢の様な体験だった。

これほどの料理がシンガポールにあると思っていなかった。私にとって最も思い出に残るレストランの一つになった。
