Tofu salad

I don't know why but the shapes of the soft silky tofu in Singapore is like a tube shape.  I sprinkled, black sesame with salt, walnuts.

「豆腐サラダ」シンガポールの絹ごし豆腐はなぜかチューブに入っている。この豆腐は日本風に生姜醤油だけで食べても味気ないのだで、野菜と合わせて醤油とオリーブオイルをかけてサラダ仕立てにしてみた。
