Steamed grouper


This is one of the best ways to cook fish especially this type of fish.  It's actually simple to make if you have a small stand to put on the bottom of the wok so that you can place a plate in the wok and steam the fish with a plate.

「ハタの中華蒸し」これは鍋に入れる皿スタンドと皿つかみがあると、蒸し器が無くてもどんな鍋でも作れる料理。シンプルでとても美味しい魚の食べ方だと思う。日本の魚でもいろんな魚でできそうだ。
