Both side Gyoza

Gyoza is usually fried on one side but I've tried to fry on both side for the first time.  I thought that the crust would be more crispy.  Though as a conclusion, it was not necessary..

「両面焼き餃子」餃子を両面で焼いたらカリッとして美味しいかな？と思って試してみた。が、あまり良くなかった。やっぱり片面がカリッとして上がもちっとしている両方の食感があるのが餃子だと思った。
