Green curry - tomatoes & aubergine

I made a usual green curry with tomatoes and aubergine.  I've found the tomatoes goes very well with coconuts milk.

「トマトとナスのグリーンカレー」タイ料理のグリーンカレーにナスは入っているがトマトはあまり入れない。しかし、これがとても美味しく感じる。トマトの爽やかさとココナッツミルクのこってりした風味が合うと思う。
