This is one of my favourite Japanese soup because it has lots of vegetables and tofu. The soup is made from Japanese dashi stock, salt, sake and light soya sauce. I believe that the taste varies from the region of Japan.
「けんちん汁」野菜にきのこ、鶏肉、豆腐、油揚げなど沢山の材料を入れて作った盛りだくさんのけんちん汁。とても落ち着く味で美味しい。どんぶりで頂いた。毎日これでいい。味付けは茅乃舎出汁、薄口醤油、味醂少々。
