Beef chow fun
I used up Chinese soya sauce I usually buy in Hong Kong called "Kowloon soya sauce" so I made this with local soya sauce but it tastes different..
「乾炒牛河」九龍醤油を使い切ってしまったので、シンガポールの醤油で作ったが、なんだか決まらない味になった。材料は河粉、牛肉、もやし。この手の料理はもう少し上手になりたい。
