Bavette et epinard

Bavette steak with spinach cooked with creme.  This is one of the most common and simple steak dishes but it's the best.  Potatoes are probably the best company with the steak but spinach is less quilty.

「ステーキとほうれん草」バヴェット（フランクステーキ）とほうれん草のクリーム煮。クラシックな組み合わせだが、外れない美味しさ。じゃがいもの付け合わせもいいが、ほうれん草だと少し罪悪感が薄れる。
