"Pousse D'or Pommard Jarollieres 2010"

There is only one course of dinner so there is no choice.  All the small dishes were extremely delicate.  I've found that there are much influence on Japanese cuisine and many ingredients were Japanese.  The presentation of each plate was unexpected and fun.

コースはベジタリアンと普通の料理の２種のみの８皿。全てとても繊細で軽く素晴らしい。和食のフュージョンともとれる料理もいくつかあったが、しっかりと基本はフレンチだ。プレゼンテーションも予想外なものでとても楽しい。
