Malay chicken curry

Recently I make this dish more than before and I no longer make Japanese style of curry anymore.  It's very easy to make and it's very tasty because the curry paste is freshly made.

「マレーカレー」最近カレーと言えばこれを作るようになった。スパイスが生もののペーストなのでやはり美味しい。逆に日本のカレーは作らなくなった。具は入れなくてもよいが、じゃがいもが合う。
