I probably introduced this soup in the past but I do it again. This is a so-called Japanese style of Chinese food originated in Kumamoto. I often make this soup because it contains a lot of vegetables and very tasty.
「太平燕」元々は台湾からの華僑から始まった料理で、長崎のちゃんぽんと同じくらい地元では馴染みのある熊本の料理。野菜もたっぷりで、麺も春雨で軽いのでよく作る。柚子胡椒を薬味にすると益々美味しく感じる。
