Pasta salad brunch

This is a cold pasta tossed with shredded chicken and watercress.  I've found the watercress taste very good this way not cooked but tossed with olive oil with pasta.

「パスタサラダ・ブランチ」ローストチキンの残りで作った料理。鶏の焼き汁でパスタとクレソンをまぶしたもの。クレソンはこんな感じでサラダとして食べると美味しい。ジュースはブルーベリーを入れたら色が悪くなってしまった。
