Beef Pie

I had some Beef Stew left of the other day so I covered with pie.  Though I didn't want to put too much pie, because it's just a pure calorie.  I wish I could make it look better but the taste was good.

「ビーフパイ」先日のブフ・ボーギニョンの残りに野菜を入れてビーフパイにした。ただ、パイの部分は薄力粉とバターの塊なので出来るだけ薄く、少なく作ろうとした結果見た目が悪いものになった。しかもパイに合う器が無いので変な感じになった。味は良かった。パイ生地は"Paul Hollywood"のレシピを参考にした。
