Chicken Satay

Satay is a wonderful marinade for chicken but I think we can use it for other meat as well.  You can marinate it a short time but it could set it overnight.  It's so easy as weekend dinner because you can just marinate it in Satay sauce and cook in the oven right away.

「チキンサテー」シンガポールのサテーソースはとても美味しい。単なるピーナッツソースでなく、レモングラスやカレー粉の様なものも入っていて風味もいいのでよく使う。週末前に漬け込んでおくと、オーブンで焼くだけでいいので超楽なのだ。
