Char Siu Fried Rice
Whenever I make Char Siu, I also make Fried Rice with plenty of them. Seasoning is Chinese soya sauce.
「叉焼炒飯」焼豚を作るときの楽しみはそれで炒飯を作ること。たっぷり入れて作るととても美味しい。海老や野菜も入れて作る揚州炒飯もいいが、叉焼とネギだけで作るのも美味しい。味付けは中華醤油。
