I don't cook Japanese food every day but to be honest I like dishes like this; one main dish with Miso soup and a bowl of white rice. It's light and well balanced. If I would have one more small dish, it would be perfect as a Japanese meal.
「鶏の紫蘇巻きタツタ」最近こんな感じのシンプルな和食が好き。おかず1つ、汁物、ご飯で十分だと思うようになってきた。小鉢でもあれば良かったが具沢山味噌汁で代用。鶏挽肉にネギを混ぜて白だし、みりんで味付けし紫蘇の葉を付けて片栗粉で揚げ焼きにしたもの。
